we need to get back to the facts. Eric said they were ramping up to nameplate capacity and would be there by end 2013. He also said he expects to produce at nameplate for the full first quarter 2014.
He did not say he would announce when those things occur, as much as we would like him to. I believe he is being entirely consistent. His PR strategy is to tell us what he is going to do and then generally wait till normal reporting requirements to confirm he has done it. I dont like this strategy either but it also brings with it, imo, an obligation to immediately inform if he has not done what he said.
So, I will continue to believe (maybe naively, time will tell) he is satisfying his promises until he announces otherwise.
