All4One, agree some of the hydro stuff has much higher THC. rather that roll a big joint of days gone by a small one between a few people is enough.

You can expect crime rates to fall, for starters you will not have people facing court and/or prison just for smoking pot.
Most states in Australia have more or less decriminalised use of pot to stop clogging up the court system by issuing warnings and having diversion programs for people caught with small amounts.
Problem we have is that there is money to be made growing and selling pot, if government controlled it they could earn revenue spend it on education and wipe out the black market
