For Otto to be taken over, it has to be agreed by majority of the shareholders and IMO, Management will not favor Takeover and even if they do by chance, they will not get majority when it comes to voting.
This is my opinion only and you are entitled to your own perspective. When Otto have the best of chance to grow on their own, I do not understand why they would even consider Take over offers in-case it is offered.
