So surprised half the registry didn't take it up but the rest that applied for shortfall was a given that was sort and grateful now.
Convertible Note that went pear shaped and issued just prior to RI 140M @ $0.0114 blew the registry out by over 30% - anyone that wanted to try and average out that dilution needed to get a good bite of the shortfall which seems to have occurred. So while maybe not quite as good as getting stock at the price that washed it out $0.015 is still a good grab for many.
All comes down to February now fingers crossed we can actually bump the last one over the line.
