just searching around and found some old info from 2009 which has changed by now but good to read how things are panning out...
http://www.nkweplatinum.com/framework/documents/displaydocument.asp?doc=427
reads pretty well to me and i keep picking up points/details
like info on mining tenaments and new rights and the very last paragraph on page 61-62
It says Nkwe Sa owns 100% of projects but under the new MPRD act 2002 there is a requirement of Bee participation of 26% for private applications and 51% for state applications (until April 2005 and there after 26%).
Nkwe Sa agreed a Bee transaction with Blue n
Nightingale Trading 709 so that it will own 30% of the expanded issued capital of Nkwe SA. This effectively will give Blue Nightingale a direct interest of 51% of the areas held under the JV, given Blue Nightingales direct 30% stake in Nkwe SA.

Old details ...so bluenightingale comformed to state application % ? for a time.
I must have missed where BN and Genorah or ? came onto the scene. Can some-one fill in the gap I have just created?
I will need to study a bit more to answer this, i guess.
some good reading on that link I think.
