This company and it's management are more likely to continue the same patterns, pay themselves generous wages, issue 3b's, not complete the necessary, normal feasibility studies which determine rates of return and allow investors some form of visibility when determining an investment decision.
There have been two finance deals in the past 3 years, neither have come to fruition, one has to objectively look at this pattern of behavior and question whether the project will ever get off the ground or if the appearance of activity is enough for those receiving 8k a week between them.
