Thanks so much for your clarification. Yes, I did misunderstand your comment (sorry, I was probably speed reading!), thinking that you were implying that the impending ML approval had somehow already been taken into account in the SP. While that's always a possibility, it's more logical of course that the current price is being held down by uncertainty about the ML announcement timeframe and will go up (hopefully substantially) when the announcement is made. So, in short, I am agreeing with you (now we have cleared up my misunderstanding).
There is of course a possibility that the ML isn't granted at all for some (weird) reason, or that it's delayed unduly by a bureaucratic need for more information that is difficult for ABU to procure, but other ABUphiles with more knowledge of the granting process can comment on these possibilities.
