Just re-read the announcements re the NTMA and the Mineral Lease as was thinking, like mose, that the 2 year term commenced on Feb 8 (NTMA). But looks like the 2 years begins from the date the mineral lease was granted. From a quick check that seems to have been April 26th .. So I guess we can expect a few more false leaks before then ..

"Subsequent to the settlement of the legal proceedings in relation to Native Title Mining Agreement in February 2012 a 10-year mineral lease over the Four Mile Uranium Project area was granted by the South Australian Minister for Mineral Resources and Energy to Quasar (as to 75%) and Alliance Craton Explorer Pty Ltd (as to 25%). Under the terms of the grant, production is required to commence within 2 years." (AGS report)
