Correct legendary, JW exercised his 1.5m 40c options not long ago at a cost of $600k. A good indication of confidence IMO.
I'd imagine that just like most people, JW would have diversified investments and wouldn't want all of his capital tied up in one particular company.
Also, if you look at the 06/12/13 announcement, someone also exercised 150,000 60c options as well.
Hopefully over the next few weeks everyone makes their way back from holidays in good order and the progress of EQX can continue.
The issuance of the Mining Permit will IMO help any strategic partner negotiations gain momentum.
