rising support + level resistance = diminishing profits for range traders, so buyers will be getting ready to change over to breakout trading. the latter = surge in traffic.
the last breakout attempt was a bit premature, range traders could still rinse and repeat back to 1c. but with 10% less profit now on offer, the ratio of profit takers will ease and hopefully the shareprice will runaway.
