    SP of IBR bounced off an interesting chart point yesterday on my charts .Some on HC do not like all the lines on my charts , Chicke bum for one complains howeverthat is his loss , may I suggest that one ( draw lines and one can see it ).
    Looks as if someone wants to accumulat the shares IMHO B2
