giddyup ... problem with that is that (I am pretty sure but not 100%) ... the directors will use YOUR money to save THEIR backsides in court .... lose lose for shareholders.

directors need to be kicked out, then sued to ensure they can't hide behind the company. just an opinion because i ain't a lawyer, but i thought i was told that by someone who looked into it for another company i hold stock in where the directors were next to useless in telling us anything factual.

it's amazing how things come to light in the end. the power of the network and joining the dots - those days of shareholders having little clue are over my friends. 6 degrees sort of stuff.
