I haven't investigated this one too deeply but on the surface it looks to be a exciting business plan. Your probably right about the market not giving directors a second chance but it's surprising how often a second chance is successful. i know nothing about the management

Would be interesting to find out if the directors are willing to pay dividends if cash flows permit? I know ARQ are so this is a plus for them.
