Ok, so I was a holder and follower about 3 years ago and just came across this again. But I can't seem to work out where ATC is up to in the approval process. So in 2009 they were carrying out the Phase III trial but ended it early to "evaluate data and clarify a path to market". I remember at the time there was discussion that the fact that the trial was ended early could be a good sign because it would expedite the approval process.
So what happened? Now as far as I can see their problem is that they can't find a partner or any funding in order to complete a Phase III trial. What went wrong with the first one? How will the next (if carried out) be different?
And a coal mine? Seriously!?
