So your maths is Abit off. Once you worked out the total amount produced so far you then need to add the amount of ree SEED been produced which is about 300 to 500 tonnes.
The statement also tell you in a technical way is that Lamp is now producing on SPEC Rees and that the plant has now been tuned and they have all the variables correct. The plant is pretty much running itself now. All Lynas is now focusing on is reducing cost of production.
