Might be a leaky boat, perhaps?? In fact, if an institution has taken a look at this I have little doubt they would see a lot more value in it than the current price indicates - AND the would see it being on the cusp of declaring a profit. There is no need for it to be a leaky boat IF an institution has taken an interest.
