Rule of thumb is around 6-12 moths. But it all depends. Could be sooner.
Glencore backed BTR Perkoa zinc mine since 2005, but the zinc glut caused Glencore to back off a little bit, delayed construction & postponed production until first shipment in early 2013. Last month Glencore persuaded BTR to sell the remaining stake of Perkoa.
NFC has been a substantial holder of TZN Angas zinc mine & promising EPC many years ago without result. Last month NFC approach TZN to reopen the EPC contract. Yes NFC was the one that made the move again.
From what I can see, I could be around 6 months, this is just my speculation. Don't take it seriously.
