The lack of free float has always been a hindrance to anyone trying to build a large position, so I have for long said this is the only way for someone to get set, other than through a CR

Agree they are here for the longer term and not a trade, however, generally when someone comes on as a substantial holder they don't tend to appreciate the shareprice being 10-15% lower within a few days

A paltry buy of less than $50k would have the stock back to their entry price and should see it become support and floor price, around 18-20c - IMO they will spend the additonal cash to make this happen
