just spoke to a Centrelink FIS officer - they said you have to be in an allocated pension and in receipt of a support payment o9n the 1 January 2015 date.

also said they had been to a lot of fund mgr presentations who are saying get your clients in pre 1 Jan 2015 as they will be grandfathered when they turn 65.

So no one knows for sure by the sounds of it.

Personally it would defeat the purpose of the legislation if it applied to those over 60 but not yet 65.
