If it's so offensive why not just scrap "Australia Day" and go to your job.
Really, I am over all this politically correct rubbish. I don't really care anymore what other whites did over 225 years ago. My ancestors came over from Ireland in the 1860's as sheep graziers.
Did they harm anyone? Not that I am aware of. Did they automatically inherit the sins of the past colonies just because they were white?
Maybe if they knew that being white was meant to shame future governments and generations they may have thought twice about settling here.
It's about time that all people spend their energy to unite rather than frivolous accusations to disrupt and cause fractions of racism throughout Australia to bring civil unrest.
