My own call on this, is the "Diabetes Industry" would be terrified at the thought, people MAY be able to reverse the condition by something as SIMPLE (in real terms) as a diet.
The first response of the "diabetes experts" (rolls eyes) - the same "diabetes experts" who've cured ZIP in generations - is "No you can't/don't" - what's actually "dangerous" about the average adult, often overweight in the first place, putting their body on a strict regime for...wait for it...8 weeks?
Ask Aussie diggers who've found themselves in enemy prison camps for years - they'd think it was a Hilton resort stay! [Wow, 8 weeks, not like 4yrs!!!]
If the "experts" actually READ the material published, they'd have read the plan is NOT so much based on a "dangerous diet", but depriving the human system of a substantial number of calories for a relatively short period of time - likely allowing any inflammation in the pancreas region to subside.
You'd have thought the "diabetes experts" would have had these types of studies done and dusted many years ago!
Well done to the Newcastle team and hopefully, they can bring some real professionalism to the subject matter. And tread carefully around "experts" - listen to them, but always be guided by some sound reasoning yourself.
How many BILLIONS over how many GENERATIONS has the Diabetes Industry sucked up!!!!!
