how far can we go?

This is my first post, and I hope not my last. I Bought some ahz in december (@14 cents), I bought because of Ian Frazer, the man is saving 2.5 million women a year and i think that is a great thing. I think this man has the potential to achieve even more.

I am however pessimistic about biotech stocks and their potential, there seems to be a large amount of speculation around them without much thought for fundamentals.

My question is: Without any real revenue coming in, why is the SP increasing ? (I understand the technology has great "potential" but there are many companies with a much lower market cap with IMHO technology that could be just as much "potential". )

I will be holding this stock until this anticipated "breakout" that everyone is talking about, and the charts do seem to be indicating.

Technical Analysis:

BULLISH SIGNS:

The On Balance Volume indicator- the slope of the indicator is positive and suggests that there is considerable buying interest.


AHZ is trading above its 200 day moving average.
-There is added weight to this indication because the moving average is rising

The MACD is above the signal line, a 9-day moving average.
- ALSO the MACD is above 0 which implies that the underlying moving averages are trending higher.

The %K line is above the %D;

Bearish Signs:

AHZ is trading near its upper Bollinger Band®. This suggests that the stock price is high relative to its recent price action.

I am by the way a student who has only been looking at the share market from NOV 22nd. Do not take me as someone with a large wealth of knowledge, i am just trying to learn and make a few bucks along the way.

My exposure is minimal and am waiting to spend the majority of my savings on Day trading once i have much more experience.
