Positives
asset generating good cash flow
Potential assets may still be sold
Drilling potential upside if find oil.
Low share price limited ability to raise cash.
Negatives
Need to release cash for acquisitions.
Current loan requires capital repayments, need cash for acquisitions , drilling.
Limited SP movement until sales or acquisitions.
Other thoughts welcome.
