I am not sure that a stock split would alter liquidity...

I was initially concerned when I started buying over 10 years ago and participating in the DRP. The excellent management of the company has seen phenomenal ROI and consequent rise in NTA. Glad I bought and bought and bought !!!

Whilst some people like liquidity because they are traders at heart others like myself prefer to make longer term investments where day to day liquidity is less of a concern.

I have achieved a fantastic return (unrealized gain) to date on my top20 holding.

My main fear is not lack of liquidity but the majority owners taking the company private. The recent property sale shows the potential for the NTA to understate the value of the company.

The company is now large enough that I am sure minority shareholders are more of a nuisance than benefit, with reporting requirements and listing fees.

The question is when and at what price ?
