    If the gold price is being manipulated by whoever or whatever institutions & is common knowledge and everyone seems so resigned to this "fact"....Why is nobody ever charged or why are there not criminal proceedings bought forth against theses perpetrators?....how long will it be "ALLOWED" to go on?

    Just a question from a confused "man on the street"
