Limited risk at .2c with 5 bag potential. Need silver to pop as costs at $15 makes $20 modest. Won't happen until DOW gets off it's testosterone. Looking for DOW correction and silver above $26. Going to be an interesting 2014 me thinks with some volatile swings in pm's.
