SPA was in the same position at 4c. Then they announced the reverse takeover/back door listing by Bulletprooof Networks, and the price hit the mid 40's a few weeks later.
Read this fellas - I dropped a paltry $5k on this at 2c just for a ten bagger in a few weeks. The value here is that they are listed and with no debt. With the burgeoning IT IPO pipeline, I feel very confident that this is what will play out here.
