From memory they said at one point that the C1 cash cost would be ~$570/oz, but that was when the were projecting head grade of roughly 10g/t. Based on the trial mining results released to date which they will be using to release an updated resource model, we could be producing with an average head grade of 15-20g/t or more. This would surely see the C1 cost drop to $350-$450/oz. As a general rule, total cost of production (including tax/roalyties, exploration, Capex, admin costs) is usually about 50-75% above C1 costs. So based on potentially concervative C1 cost of $500/oz, I would expect total cost to be around $800/oz.
They are expecting to process 150,000 tonnes of ore per year initially which at 15g/t would mean 75,000oz gold. Current AU$ gold price is around $1375/oz, which means revenue would be around 100 million. Take away total cost of production which would be about 60 million and you have a pretty healthy cash flow of around AU$40 million.
