I have spoken with Graeme Sloan the MD. WHile the hedging was required to gain the finance from the bank, the $30million in the tin will free them up somewhat from banks constraints. Also , quite a substantial amount of production is being sold at spot prices too so don't build up too much of a negative block with the hedging. There is 50kms of mineralization along strike both north and south of the current operation and encouraging results from Gold Mines of Australasia, their neighbour. they have only explored 1% of the licence at Fosterville.
