    applera settlement = $15 million
    As expected, this is a great result.

    There has been alot of chat and speculation that this was a to be a fizzer of a deal, which in itself creates more of the negative sentiment.

    Its time to be positive about this stock and stop dragging it down everyone time there is an opportunity.
