Which one of them is going to outlay $20B to upgrade Australia's telecommunications infrustructure and then be nice enough to allow their competitors to leach off them.
The ACCC / regulators have to wake up to themselves and realise that there are advantages (as well as disadvantages) to a monopoly situation.
