zzedzz, there may not be any need for a sub holder notice. The 16th December issue states that under the terms of the underwriting agreement AM Capital Limited will subscribe for or procure subscriptions for a total of 20m shares ....

So they could have ten clients who took up 2m shares each. And the delay in the issuance of the 3b could be due to the time taken for AM to collect the money from the clients, esp. with the Xmas break.

Then, if only one or two of those clients needed to sell, that'd explain the drop over the last few days.
