Zzedzz You personal bravado is off the mark imo. It might go down OK with some on this forum but not in the wider community.
Would have expected better from you Zzedzz. Our relations with Indonesia will have a huge impact on whether people smuggling can be stopped. Further beyond that we dont need a nation of some 247million people to have hostile relations with Australia. Good relations are essential also in the fight against terrorism.
I think you under-estimate the intelligence of the Australian public who imo would definitely recognise the importance of having first class diplomatic relations with our Indonesian neighbours.
