Yes, A major shareholder has sold a fair bit of stock up here, but the release of the change in substantial now (they need to lodge if their position moves by more than 1%), suggests that is all he plans to sell.
But we will need some news for this rally to continue, because pennydreadfuls hate it when the momentum slows and the volume dries up. Just ask holders of DYL.
