    " with a pleasant, confident phone manner with the ability to resolve customer service queries"

    lol. Sometimes thats missing....

    Made an insurance claim for storm damage years back, with a large insurance company....and had no response for over 3 months, so I rang....and encountered a customer service lady with a rather different outlook...

    She:" I dont know why your claim hasnt been processed yet"

    Me:" Well, its not very good.Been waiting over 3 months. My wife is on my back daily, the painter is getting cheesed off...all very inconvenient..."

    She :" I really dont give a poop (word changed)...I dont get paid enough to give a toss...I couldnt care less about your (expletive) kitchen..."

    Total silence except for me clicking my jaw back into place.....
    then She: "I'm sorry,shouldnt have said that. I'm worried frantic about my sick daughter, havent slept for a couple of nights....etc".

    I sympathised and didnt report her, but I hope she went home sick before she cracked up completely....
    My claim was finalised about a month later...
