the reason i ask is because if you were you would know that the CBD is less than 500m from the centre of the CBD to the river. As a matter of fact the precinct sites pretty much on the foreshore and all if not most of the dwellings in the CBD and surround is in walking distance to the river. Perth, East Perth, West Perth. And its hard to find a park that is better than Kings Park in Perth.
