Hi Maxw,

I think, that you are barking up the wrong tree in going down the way you are IMO.

I have told you and the Forum that I went down the track of trying to convince ASIC and the ASX that the way our shares (CDU) were trading, should have been investigated, but it all fell in deaf ears even after having been told that they were to look into it. I supplied a long list of information and evidence to support my arguments and guess what....NOTHING, ZILCH.

Yet, You are persisting to go down the way you have been for a long time, even when you have been told, or better still given the cold shoulder by everyone that you have written to, from the Police Department, to every Minister in the Country and God knows to whoever else. That, to date proved to be all to no avail, and possibly a total waste of time.

I suggested to you not once, but several times, that you should at least try to go down the road I suggested you to go to and in getting in contact with S&L which will do all of that for nothing and, if they were to find something untoward, they would immediately act upon while costing nothing to anybody but only to the ones that are found to be at fault. I have also offered to supply you with the name of the person in there that would be able to help you, yet you refused it. WHY???

There has to be a reason that you don't want to go down that road Maxw. Especially when it will lay the matter to rest once and for all and, more importantly, it will all be done for nothing.

As for us soldiering on while waiting for some CDU Announcement to get the ball rolling, that might be the only thing we can do. For, and IMHO, waiting for the Senate enquiry and for ASIC to do something about our problems, well mate I don't know if many of us will be living for that long before it will happen.
