    JB, i think the trading halt could be lifted today. hopefully its a strategic investor (european JV partner?).. didnt a similar deal happen with one of the aussie construction majors a while ago (leightons maybe?).

    if the real concern is dilution of a very tight register, and the requirement being a few tens of millions.. i would hope they aim for something closer to $3 than $1.
