all the ramping most likely had the traders, short terrm holders drawn in Arion and they all bailed with burnt fingers on confirmation...Most of the holders who got on when all the monash dribble started near two ywears ago now , would have entered at a much migher price than 0.6 of a cent hence the reluctance to bail and hope for some great story out of India / contingency project.

IMO most who bailed , most likely wont be back...unless ECT can get their act together and start informing the market as to what they are actually doing....even a 'in confidential discussions' in regard to India woudl be nice...all we have had and all we seem to get from ECT are clues...

must try harder..
