Either you buy in and take the gamble that Carpenter will rule in favour of CAZ or you forget CAZ ever existed.
My gamble is that after the minister has considered both parties arguements, he will see very minor differences in granting Shovelanna based on the public interest issue.
So it would then boil down to which one is legally entitled to the lease under the strict guidance and rules of the WA Mining Act.
If anyone considers that staking a claim is a minor issue and does not carry much weight in Australia then you are WRONG sunshine.
