Goarmy you are right, I'm certainly not a buyer, its not right to back the current team (maybe with the exception of Fred Sterling who is still very impressive), they have a dreadful track record both in terms of delivery and self service (in fact they battle to even get a proper announcement out without having to make a correction), but I'm also not a seller, I think despite all the negativity they are more than 10 to 30 fold under valued. I also think they will win the litigation and they will bring in a few new projects this year and because of funding issues, will probably bring them in with JV partners, who hopefully will help dilute the management.
I see my shares at present as an options contract, the share price is so incredibly low, there is a chance that I may have to write my investment off, but if the share price goes up, then it will go up substantially.
