I have always factored all options into my diluted mc whenever I run numbers. All analysts should be aware of the options.
Earliest next lot expire in 2015 and we should be well into miner status and hopefully much better liquidity by then.
While I have factored all options in to my diluted mc, what I have not done is factored in the cash that will be raised by their conversion. The 209 mill which expire in 2015 will raise $3.1mill cash and so improve the balance sheet.
