One has to ask the question why would a stock close
@ 9.4 cents from a high of 16 cents. The stock pumpers wanted a daily average or even a monthly average that's was well above half a cent, hence why there was 2 pumps first pump was to flush out stale holders and the second pump to form a higher average price for those who wanted a slice of the pie. 25 day moving average is just below 9 cents, and if you subtract a nice 15 % off the premium you get a placement roughly @ 7.5 cents. Then again anything is possible.
