well they do state that there will be a capital return first, and holders can roll this into the re-launch or take the cash, and they will raise 50 mil.
But as you say, if they will collect the tax losses for free, assuming they continue the same type of business which seems the case, then our losses will their gain, for which we should receive some form of compensation.
what about a sweetener?
