Even if this were the case a placement at x price, let's use 7.5c as the example, will underpin the share at that price.
If a cornerstone investor comes in with 40m shares at this price, I would be a happy holder.
A great addition by the company would be a year or six months of escrow to eliminate the fear of dumping on market.
Whatever happens, a US investor is good, and I will now buy in to this company.
