So the Saputo offer closes before the MG bid even goes to the tribunal, so you are saying MG will just give up on their bid in the next week.
Somehow I think this is very unlikely.
Once the offer closes it does not matter what occurs after that, those that have accepted will get the consideration based on the acceptances received on the closing date.
BGA won't be in a rush, if they do accept, and I think it is highly unlikely, they will do it at the last moment and those waiting to see if they do will not have any indication from them until it is to late.
To me the most likely scenario is Saputo will get under 50% and acceptances will get the $9.
