I think the market is slowly starting to realize how undervalued DTE is. After almost being shorted to oblivion, DTE is making somewhat of a comeback.
Consider that the UK govt is desperate to turn around their economy and thinks tapping into a much cheaper energy source as one way of doing this, together with the fact that the next general election won't be until May 2015, so a possible change in govt is a long way off, they have plenty of time to implement their policy.
Furthermore, recent farm-ins have been done with EDF Suez and Total, the 37th and 10th largest companies in the world respectively, and you start to realize the possible ramifications for Dart.
Still early days, but don't expect to see too much shorting of this stock in the near future. I wouldn't be surprised to see a steady increase in the share price over the next few weeks.
