re: Ann: APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT FINANCIAL... Looks like independent justification to pass the company over to creditors to me. Has been interesting to follow CCC. They have been pretty optimistic publicly all the way through apart from that one general meeting where they let their guard down for reasons we will never know.
