Suggest you look at the slow and painful path to insolvency the likes of KZL and TMR shareholders experienced. The lenders have the DML board by the short and curlys and it is unlikely to end well for shareholders. I would suggest getting out while you can. DML is obviously running negative cash flows before corporate and financing costs and will be insolvent at the flick of a bankers pen. There is an outside chance that a third party may recapitalise or take over DML, but why would they pay a premium when they can just wait for the company to go insolvent and pick up the assets for a lower price.
Can someone remind me what price was not high enough for the board in last years failed takeover.
