At the start of the text, hold the LEFT button DOWN on your mouse and drag it over the text. The text will highlight. You can release the mouse button and the text will stay highlighted. Next, click the RIGHT button on your mouse and select COPY from the menu. Place the mouse cursor where you want to paste the copied text. Then, RIGHT click again and select PASTE.
Practice a few times and then try it on Adam's email. I really would like to see the original as written by him.
